The DBSA: Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance has various resources for bipolars and people who suffer from depression. One thing that is very good about them is that they organize support groups, and you can find one in your area, or one that's on Zoom that's further away, on their website. NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness serves people with all mential illness, not just mood disorders. They also organize support groups. The Boca Recover Center is a chain of rehab centers in Florida, Indiana, and New Jersey that treat bipolar illness among other things. I've never used their services, they found my website and asked me to give them a link. This law firm has a program to get people over "driving anxiety". Some mentally ill people don't learn to drive because they can't handle the anxiety -- I met someone like that in a support group, the guy was 45 years old, and everywhere he went, his mom had to go with him and drive.
